I'm Sam Jackson. Ridgeline Towing is my truck, my phone, and my name on the door. I've spent years running the I-80 corridor and the back roads around Colfax, Alta, Dutch Flat, and Emigrant Gap, and I built this business around the two things drivers tell me they never got from the last tow company: clear communication and a fair price.

Drivers we've pulled out of a bad night
We got a flat on a dirt road on our way out to Blue Lake. Unfortunately, we broke a lug nut in the process of trying to put on the spare and had to call for the tow. Most tow trucks would not have even attempted to come out where we were! We got so lucky that we stumbled upon this tow company! He knew exactly where we were at and made it to us in no time at all. He was very friendly and saved our day!
Try to get a tow off road about 1/4 mile by Bowman lake no one will save you after several calls to other towing services I ran into a man on a golf cart who lived in area he gave me Ridgelines number and tell him I sent ya.dude shows up quick like in a awsome flat bed took me back to reno 1hr 15min drive, this guy is the owner operator very professional thanks ridgeline
Got a flat in the middle of nowhere near the 146 turnoff on the 80 heading back to Reno, and at midnight, no less. Ridgeline Towing came through and got me out of there and home safely. He showed up crazy fast, outstanding service! Hands down the best towing company around. Really appreciate it, man! It's good to know there's top-notch service near such a sketchy stretch of highway.
